ROLE OF TEAMWORK IN DEVELOPMENT OF TEACHING INSTITUTION

There is one intellectual saying, that coming together is the beginning, staying together is progress and working together is success. This is true when applied to work in organizations and institutions. This is an established fact that growing of organizations and institutions relies on coordinated teamwork because none of us is as smart as all of us. Teams have an important place in our personal and professional life as team generates positive synergy through coordinated efforts.
In, an era of super- specialization teaching institutions like medical and dental institutes are no different from other organizations. Team of clinical specialists, academic and research collaborations, bench to bedside research all comes under the umbrella of teaching institutes.
Great ideas don’t come from lone geniuses “Behind every genius is a team, when people work together, smartly, it can unleash energy that boosts creativity, productivity, engagement, communication, and efficiency. A teamwork environment promotes an atmosphere that fosters friendship and loyalty. These close-knit relationships motivate employees in parallel and align them to work harder, cooperate and be supportive of one another. Team members can provide emotional support to each other because they often understand the demands and stress of completing work even better than managers, When team members use their unique skills to shine in their own roles, it creates an environment based on mutual respect and cooperation that benefits the whole group, When you work in a team, you’ll feel less stressed. If your team has good energy–you encourage and inspire each other, and you have fun together–you’ll feel less stressed, “Studies show that stress makes us stupid, and leads us to make more mistakes,
Most people think success comes from surrounding yourself with others that are like you, but true success and breakthrough innovation involves discomfort. Discomfort pushes you to grow. This is where a difference of experience, opinion, and perspective come in. Diversity is a well-documented pathway to unlocking new opportunities, overcoming new challenges, and gaining new insights`````
Good communication boosts your creativity. Teamwork is the backbone of effective communication. Teamwork is important due to the problem solving synergy gained from multiple minds working on a solution, using teamwork; team members pool their collective ideas together to generate unique ideas for dealing with problems. Team work promotes conversation between employees, preventing employees from working in an opposite direction.
